Instructions
  1. Season brussels with salt and pepper. Heat brussels sprouts and coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add maple syrup and stir to coat, then remove from heat. Add pecans and cranberries to brussels and toss together in a large bowl. Top with gorgonzola cheese. Enjoy!
